Feature

③ Working principle
Install the cleaner on the frame of the belt conveyor through two "connecting plates", so that the "transmission roller" is in contact with the upper surface of the conveyor's "return belt"; Adjust the "spiral adjustment buckle" so that the pointed part of the bristles of the "cleaning brush roller" slightly contacts the lower surface of the "return belt". When the conveyor is running, friction is used to make the "transmission roller" rotate along with the conveyor, and the "cleaning brush roller" is driven to rotate by the "transmission support arm". The rotation direction of the "cleaning brush roller" is opposite to the movement direction of the "return belt", so as to bounce off the adhered objects on the lower surface of the "return belt" and achieve the goal of perfect cleaning.
